The OCASC membership is open to Hospitality & Tourism professionals, culinary professionals, and Canadian College & University students.

What membership types are there?
Corporate (企業會員) – (No Voting Right)
- Companies that supply or service the hospitality and Tourism industry specifically in the culinary field
- 此會員是給烹飪行業界有關的公司
Regular Member (普通會員) – (Voting Right)
- you must have your Red Seal or equivalent certification or Five years in the hospitality and Tourism related industry
- 此會員是給擁有加國的廚師紅印章或同等認證或五年在烹飪, 酒店和旅遊業相關者
Gourmands
- This Membership is specially designed to provide professional members who are culinary adventurers and food enthusiasts to explore different ethnic food in different cultures offered by various GTA restaurants
- Members are exclusively invited to participate in selected restaurant venues for food experience with great discount throughout the calendar year
- Applicants must be from Ontario, Canada to join

Students (初級/學生會員) – (No Voting Right)
- Culinary or Hospitality students or those working as a cook or chef in the culinary or Tourism industry
- Membership under junior status is a maximum of 5years and must be consecutive
- 此會員是給烹飪或酒店旅遊業學生或那些初級進入在烹飪或酒店旅遊行業勞動者,此會員不能超過5 年
Honorary Membership – (No Voting Right)
- The Executive Committee may choose to bestow honorary membership to an individual whose past contribution has significantly enhanced the development, profile, and activities of OCASC
- 執行委員會可能會選擇贈送榮譽會員,曾經有貢獻顯給加拿大東方廚藝協會著增強開發者或公司
