The OCASC is a non-profit professional body formed in 1989 with the objective to group together the elite among the culinary, hospitality & tourism professionals. We want to share information and encourage communication within all levels of the hospitality & tourism industry. Through sponsoring professional exchanges, participating in international culinary competitions, funding bursaries for post-secondary institutions, we aim to exceed our objectives. The society’s long term goal is to promote, foster, and encourage the culinary arts, hospitality and related studies to provide its own source of professionally accomplished personnel.
